Vista Canyon Ranch is a mixed-use transit-oriented development on 217 acres in Santa Clarita, California.  The project will be a combined residential and commercial development which includes two parks totaling 12 acres, four miles of trails, 80 acres of open space and a Transit Center consisting of a Metrolink passenger rail station and bus hub.  Approximately 1,200 to 1,600 detached residential units, along with 1.5 million square feet of commercial space devoted to office, commercial, and hotel uses, will be developed.
