Aspira

 Aspira consists of a 37-story residential tower with 325 apartment units above 5-levels of parking and 5,518 square feet of street-level retail space.  The tower will be constructed of cast-in-place concrete with an aluminum and glass curtain wall façade.  The site is located in the Denny Triangle district in downtown Seattle and is close to restaurants, shopping and public transportation.  The project is characterized by a high level of amenities including a media room, a community room, a business center, a fitness center and a yoga/aerobics room. 

Construction began in November 2007 with occupancy scheduled for the first quarter of 2010.  Keller CMS is managing the development of this project through its Seattle office.
