This senior housing project is located in the Las Vegas adjacent community of Summerlin, NV. The project consists of 89 senior residences complete with a full amenity package including theatre and recreation areas. The project is being developed as a component of a 50-acre master planned community under development by Westmark Homes of Las Vegas. Keller CMS is coordinating design completion, bidding, budgeting and pre-construction.
