Steve Nelson comes to Keller CMS, Inc. with a background of over 26 years of public and private project management and design experience.  He has participated in a significant number of large-scale development projects including high-rise office structures, business and industrial parks, hotels and resort facilities, research laboratories, retail centers and theaters.  Mr. Nelson has direct experience in construction management, scheduling, design, budgeting, consultant/contractor negotiation and selection and client relations.
