In order to facilitate the development of RiverPark, a land exchange was executed in which RiverPark Legacy, LLC agreed to provide a replacement site for the El Rio Maintenance Yard at a 17-acre site in Saticoy, California.  Coordination between multiple agencies and interests was critical to the process.  The agreement called for the completion of the environmental review process, obtaining all permits and construction the facility in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the County.

Keller CMS managed this project on behalf of RiverPark Legacy.  The project includes offices for the County General Services Administration, offices and shop area for the Fleet Services, employee facilities and shops for the Road Maintenance and Flood Control Departments, fuel islands and vehicle washing stations, and other numerous out-buildings.

Construction began in June 2004 and was completed in January 2006.
