Bob Lyons joined the staff of Keller CMS, Inc. soon after the firm was founded in 1995. He has expertise in addressing the major issues that impact the development of complex master planning projects featuring significant urban design components.  In his role as Director of Design for KCMS, he assembles qualified consultants and manages their effort throughout the design process.

Mr. Lyons acquired these capabilities in the course of managing master planning projects with KCMS and while practicing architecture with national architectural firms including HNTB, Ellerbe Becket and HOK. He has administered aggressive construction budgets and schedules, demonstrated the ability to clearly communicate project requirements to in-house staff and outside consultants and to resolve construction-related issues in a fair and timely manner. 

In his tenure with several of the nation’s largest architectural firms, he has frequently functioned in the role of Master Plan Coordinator.  This experience has given him the critical management, communication, and computer skills required to effectively oversee projects that are under his supervision.
