Serenade Apartments is part of the award winning RiverPark master-planned community.  The first phase is a $106 million multi-family development project.  This major redevelopment project involved assembly of over twenty parcels, tenant and business owner relocations and an extensive community outreach program.

In July 2008 construction was completed on the first 400 of 860 market-rate apartments.  The project is comprised of one, two and three-bedroom apartment units, landscaped courtyards, covered parking, pool, clubhouse, business center, fitness center, spa, yoga room and a 3-acre community park.
