Patrick Merritt
Project Manager, Northwest Region

Patrick Merritt is Assistant Project Manager for KCMS on-site at the Playa Vista projects.  He is responsible for distribution and coordination of plans and submittals, maintaining project files and correspondence and coordination of project meetings.  In addition, his responsibilities include photo documentation of construction, bid solicitation and collection.  Mr. Merritt came to KCMS in 2000 with five years experience in the residential construction industry.
