KCMS provided project delivery services for the RiverPark joint-use fire station which houses both the Ventura County Fire Department and City of Oxnard Fire Department.  The facility includes two, two-story office/residential structures with a series of apparatus bays for each department.  In addition the departments will share a fueling island, carport and hose drying area.

Construction began in June 2004 and was completed in January 2006.
