Human Resources Director and Office Manager

Minerva Summers has served as KCMS’ Human Resources Director and Office Manager since 1997.  Ms. Summers has oversight of personnel matters for over 20 professionals and support staff.  Her responsibilities include facilitating professional hiring, directing support staff and “hands-on” management of payroll, accounting and purchasing.  She has a wide range of professional administrative and management skills that keep the KCMS office running smoothly.  In addition, Ms. Summers has the special ability to make the office environment a human place.
