South Shore Beach Clubhouse and  Restaurant

KCMS managed the construction of the 19,000square foot resort building from start to finish. KCMS services included obtaining preconstructionpermits, design review, site observation, coordinatio nand oversight of contractors, change order review,budgeting and construction scheduling.
