AEG in association with McFarlane Partners is developing a four million square foot sports and entertainment center adjacent to the Staples Center in downtown Los Angeles.  The multi-faceted entertainment destination will feature an exciting mix of entertainment venues, restaurants retail commercial and residential spaces, television and radio broadcast studios and concert facilities.  Slated to open in the spring of 2010, this project will be anchored by a 54-story tower containing two luxury hotel properties and private residences.   Keller CMS is supporting McFarlane Partners in their development efforts relative to this potion of the overall plan with project delivery services that include cost analysis, constructability reviews and value engineering. 

Contained within the two million square foot property at the corner of Olympic Blvd. and Cherry Street will be the Los Angeles JW Marriott, an 876-room headquarters hotel for the LA Convention Center, and the Ritz Carlton, Los Angeles, a 124-room boutique hotel.  Above the hotels will be approximately 225 residential condominiums known as The Residences at the Ritz Carlton, Los Angeles.
