Project Engineer

Mr. Cox comes to KCMS with strong skills in mechanical, electrical, and value engineering, scheduling, budget and cost modeling, plan phasing, facilities management, and contract procurement.  As a Project Engineer, Mr. Cox is involved with RiverPark Master-Planned Development, and has delivered Riverpark East Intermediate School, Saticoy Operations Yard, East Elementary School, and a Joint-Use Fire Station, all located in Oxnard, California.

Mr. Cox is responsible for overall construction management and engineering support to the owner and clients, preparing change orders, contracts, scopes of work, etc., resolving field construction descrepancies, and manages and maintains budgets. He was previously employed with George Fischer, Inc., where he worked as a Technical Drafter/Writer for Engineering. He was responsible for reviewing engineering drawings to ensure adherance to established specifications and standards.
