John Schwartz

With over twenty-three years of varied architectural, development, and construction management experience, Mr. Schwartz brings a broad range of expertise to KCMS.  He has served as project and field architect, project manager, construction manager, and owner's representative.  Before his work at KCMS, Mr. Schwartz worked on the Zymogenetics headquarters on Lake Union, Pacific Place Retail Center and the recent renovations of Pier 56 and the O'Shea Building.  His expertise played a key role in the successful outcomes of these prominent and projects.  His work includes successfully leading multi-disciplined teams on large, complex, fast track projects and his in-depth knowledge of the development process has been gained through "hands-on" experience in various development roles.
