Jim Bond has a 25+ year history of project delivery in California, Washington, Arizona, Virginia and Nevada as a Construction Manager, Construction Estimator, Owners Representative and licensed General Contractor. He leads the Keller CMS construction team in performing due diligence, construction management and owners representative services for a wide range of clients.

Mr. Bond has extensive experience in management of residential and commercial projects including: design-build tract housing, multifamily developments, transit oriented development (TOD), adaptive re-use, historic and seismic renovation, and hotel construction.

He has developed and maintains an extensive regional cost and vendor database based upon the real world experience gained from the completion of several thousand residential and commercial units. This experience has lead to an intimate knowledge of regional entitlement practices,code requirements, costs, markets and vendor/contractor/consultant knowledge. 

He is proficient in the use of current industry project management systems and software including: Microsoft Word & Excel, Suretrack and Microsoft Project scheduling, Prolog Project Management systems and Win-Est estimating programs.
