Enrique Diaz
is a skilled manager of residential and mixed use developments. He has extensive experience in
project management, planning, civil infrastructure, entitlement and
permitting processes, budget management, land acquisition and
architecture.
Mr. Diaz has led project teams from design development through project completion and occupancy, while acting as liaison with community groups and homeowners providing assistance throughout the development and construction process. Mr. Diaz’s educational background in architecture and urban and regional planning and experience in various development roles has enabled him to successfully direct and deliver large and complex projects.
