In June 2004, The Shammas Group initiated the $50 million Downtown Auto Center project, master-planned to revitalize the Figueroa Corridor’s auto retailing showrooms.
KCMS helped to re-position facilities and properties for this client including the following dealerships:
- Porsche
- Audi
- Volkswagen
- Felix Chevrolet and Cadillac
- Mercedes-Benz
Using a Construction Management/ Design Build approach, KCMS project delivery services included permitting, design coordination, assembly of construction documents and selection of contractors. In addition, KCMS provided strategic real estate and transactional advisory services.
