Colony Palms Hotel

KCMS provided project delivery services to Pacifica Capital Group for the conversion/retrofit of the Colony Palms Hotel, an existing historical property in Palm Springs, California.

The 1936 Spanish Colonial style hotel was fully renovated and repositioned to take advantage of the Palm Springs commercial renaissance.  Renovation included an additional level and a remodel of the original floor to house 60 “boutique” rooms.  The project also included spa treatment rooms, a restaurant, bar and other hotel amenities.

KCMS initiated project services in February 2005.
