Catalina Condominiums is 66 units on a 1.22-acre site, ranging in size from 900 square feet to 1260 square feet.   The units were priced between $450,000 and $550,000 with a project cost of $11.5 million.  Project cost was $11.5M.  Construction started March 2003 and the project was competed in August of 2004.   All homes were sold prior to completion of the project.
