Marsh Bill Marsh comes to Keller CMS, Inc. with a background of over 25 years of experience in construction mamagement and delivery. He brings extensive practical construction experience, knowledge of complex engineering requirements along with strong skills in cost, scheduling, negotiation, and dispute resolution. He has participated in a significant number of large-scale developments including transit-oriented centers, urban in-fill, residential, and mixed-use complexes and commercial and institutiona facilities. Mr. Marsh worked several years for the Metropolitian Transit Authority (MTA) and was an integral part of large-scale, muti-project teams. He served as Project Engineer; supervising site and civil infastructure installation and field construction of transportation, administration, and maintenance facilities; and in the capacity of Manager of Contracts for the Metro light rail Red Line construction group where he was responsible for contracts and claims administration. Mr. Marsh carried his significant public agency experience to his assignments with Keller CMS, Inc. As Senior Project Manager, he has been responsible for construction and delivery of complex urban in-fill projects involving expertise in civil and civilian infrastructure, site clearance/preperation, interfacing with owners, architects, government and regulatory agencies and community groups. His long-term assignments have included the Del Mar Station and Wilshire Vermont Station. Both of these projects utilized his extensive experience coordinating complex design and construction requirements utilizing multi-prime contractor delivery methods. Mr. Marsh's design and field experience on the Del Mar Station project located in Pasadena, California included the coordinated design and construction of a 1,200 space subterranean garage, while at-grade construction of the Gold Line Metro light rail system was underway. This complex project met all critical shedule constraints, which were tied to Gold Line construction schedules. Most recently, Bill Marsh successfully led project teams on the Wilshire Vermont Station , a 450 unit, mixed-income, multi-family rental apartment and retail development at the Vermont Metro Red Line subway portal in Los Angeles, California, which required the relocation of Metro infrastructures to accomodate the developers' construction. |
