Keller CMS provided the developer, Arlington Courthouse LLC, with a comprehensive range of construction management services including pre-construction, permits, clearances, site observation, claims management, changeorder
review and construction progress reporting.

The Arlington Hilton Garden Inn consists of 109,000 square feet of precast concrete building over a two level subterranean parking garage. The hotel has a full-service kitchen, a pool and 189 guestrooms featuring kitchen areas and high-speed Internet access.

The hotel is located across the street from the Arlington County Courthouse on the Washington, DC Orange Line Metro subway system.

KCMS delivered the project to the client in 20 months and for $15 million.
